*Tickets purchased online or by phone are processed as will call orders. Will call orders may only be picked up at the theater on the day of the order’s first screening. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the screening to allow enough time for pickup.

What is a festival pass?
Experience the festival like a rock star! Purchase a Festival Pass for unlimited access to all festival films. Pass holders arriving at least 15 minutes prior to showtime may enter theaters early without waiting in ticket holder lines.
Can I purchase same-day tickets?
Same-day ticket sales are available at all four box office locations up until one hour before showtime. Same-day ticket sales are not available online or by phone.
What if a screening is sold out?
If a film is listed as “sold out” online, don’t give up! Rush ticket sales will begin 15 minutes prior to showtime. Once rush ticket sales begin, any empty seats will go on sale.
Note: No discounts for members, seniors, students or children are given. All rush tickets are $10 cash only.
How early should I arrive for a screening?
If you have a ticket for a film, we highly recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to showtime to guarantee a seat. Beginning 15 minutes before to the show, any empty seats will be sold to patrons in the rush ticket line.
Can I bring the kids?
Yes, we love children! However, not all films have MPAA ratings. Some movies might contain material unsuitable for children under the age of 18. Use discretion when selecting films for youths. Age-appropriate films are available in the Take One: Milwaukee Children’s Film Festival program listed on page 34.
